drive > park

So, I'm onto week two of this thing and just finished my work out for the day and this is what today looked like:


8 - 8:43 am: 2 mile brisk walk/jog (shaved off 5 minutes from my time yesterday because I didn't want to be late getting ready for work today)


breakfast: Shake, strawberries, and a very spotted banana. 


10 - 12:30: Prep time. 


lunch: Shake. 


1:50: Snack #1 = apple with peanut butter


2:50 - 5:00: Teach (without eating ANY goldfish that I served the kids for snack. You don't realize how hard that was for me...)


5:10: Snack #2 = granola bar and peanut butter Easter egg. 


Whatever. I'm not a fucking saint.


5:40: Arrive home and eat another peanut butter Easter egg. See above. 


6:00 - 7:10: Sit on my ass and watch Breaking Bad.


7:00 - now: Cardio and abs and cool down. 


Overall a relatively good day. I'm off to cook and enjoy some chicken boobies, salad with tons of raw veggies and probably eat another peanut butter Easter egg for good measure.
